CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET?
Yes, if you wish to upgrade your ticket, you can so long as the ticket type you want is still available.
Contact Oztix at info@oztix.com.au for more info. This only applies to ‘upgrades’ i.e. moving from a 3 Day to a 4 Day ticket. This option is not available for those wishing to downgrade.
If you wish to downgrade, you can sell your ticket privately or via Tixel when their market place is open.
TICKET RESALE
We recommend the best and safest way to sell a ticket is via Tixel. Tixel protects both buyers and sellers from fraudulent sales. If someone refuses to sell through Tixel it is a pretty safe bet that they are a ticket scammer. Tixel resell is currently not open until closer to the festival.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we don’t do refunds as stated in our terms and conditions that you can find on our ticketing page here.
TICKET QUESTIONS & ISSUES
If you have any issues or questions about your ticket please contact the lovely folks at Oztix at info@oztix.com.au or 1300 762 545. They’ll get back to you within 24hrs.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO GET IN?
You must bring along all the tickets you have purchased and have them ready to show at the gate. PITP requires ID when redeeming wristbands. You will need either a current driver's license, passport or government-issued proof of age card.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY NAME ON MY TICKET?
No, but the purchaser of the tickets will need to fill in their name and contact details during purchase.
ARE CAMPING AND CAR PASSES INCLUDED IN MY FESTIVAL TICKET?
This depends on the ticket type - Make sure you take extra care and select the correct ticket type depending on whether you wish to camp or will be bringing a vehicle to the event.
